In partnership with fellow MSF team members, you will facilitate psychosocial initiatives designed to foster community engagement in emotional wellness and mitigate the psychological consequences of sexual violence and other forms of violence affecting children, adolescents, and adults.

Facilitate structured group counseling sessions, such as PM+ or IPT, for patients alongside their families to enhance coping skills and problem-solving abilities.

Provide Psychological First Aid (PFA) and one-on-one counseling sessions exclusively when clinically justified and when a licensed psychologist cannot be accessed.

Maintain comprehensive records and statistics regarding MHPSS initiatives within the community, ensuring accuracy and thorough documentation. Promptly escalate any challenges or discrepancies encountered during daily operations to the direct supervisor for timely resolution and guidance.
