Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with organizational objectives, overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as necessary. Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and communication to achieve shared goals. Manage budgets and resources, ensuring optimal allocation and cost-effectiveness. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies. Oversee recruitment, training, and professional development initiatives to build a high-performing workforce. Monitor market trends and competitive landscape, adjusting strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior leadership, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.

Overseeing all stock requisitions, managing the distribution of materials, and ensuring proper storage of goods within the central store are key responsibilities.

Oversees the accurate receipt and distribution of goods, ensuring adherence to specified quantity, quality, delivery timelines, location requirements, and cost parameters.

Ensure the efficient management of transportation activities to facilitate punctual and economically viable deliveries.

Oversee the strategic planning, coordination, and tracking of merchandise transportation from suppliers to retail locations.

Post all supplier-provided materials and those transferred to operational units into the ERP system.

Maintains optimal inventory levels and promptly communicates crucial stock status updates.

Weekly leadership of the Supply Chain Management function is required.

Ensures timely delivery of all essential documentation required for processing supplier payments to the buyers and accounts departments.

Requirements

An HND or Bachelor’s Degree is required for this position.
