Oversee core responsibilities encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and performance monitoring to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Lead cross-functional initiatives, fostering collaboration among departments to streamline processes and enhance productivity. Greet customers warmly and provide expert guidance on a comprehensive range of medical equipment, including wheelchairs, walkers, blood pressure monitors, oxygen concentrators, mobility aids, and support devices. Additionally, assist with consumables such as gloves, bandages, syringes, and wound dressings.
Illustrate the correct operation of medical devices and equipment for clients, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
Assist clients in choosing appropriate products tailored to their specific requirements and healthcare provider guidance. Ensure meticulous accuracy in inventory documentation.
Offer fundamental post-sales assistance and conduct follow-up communications with customers as necessary.
Monitor stock levels to identify shortages and support inventory control initiatives.
Requirements.
Certificate in Health Care Assistance, Nursing Assistance, or a related discipline is required, or a Senior Secondary Certificate of Education (SSC) coupled with practical experience in a medical dispensary or healthcare environment.
Proven expertise in medical equipment and consumables, including comprehensive understanding of product specifications and applications.
Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service and communicate effectively.
A strong sense of friendliness, unwavering patience, and a dependable nature are essential qualities.
Capable of safely handling and transporting lightweight equipment as required by the position.
Proficient in using computer applications relevant to sales and inventory management is required.
