Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties encompassing daily operations, strategic planning, and team leadership to ensure optimal organizational performance. Responsibilities include the receipt, secure storage, and meticulous record-keeping of all incoming materials to ensure accurate inventory tracking and accountability.

To meticulously review waybills, verify that the received materials match the approved quantities, and oversee the offloading process. Any discrepancies or shortages must be documented promptly on the waybills.

To ensure precise documentation, prepare G.R.L and other essential records for accurate record-keeping purposes. Additionally, oversee stock control by meticulously tracking receipts and issuances, then reconcile these records monthly with the corresponding system entries.

Upon approval by the Stock Controller—or, in their absence, by the Sectional Manager—the acceptance of I.O.U.s is permitted solely in emergencies.

To maintain well-organized store layouts for efficient inspections, promptly identify and report any merchandise shortages or low stock levels, and ensure the cleanliness of both the stores and their immediate surroundings.

Responsibilities include accurately entering all daily receipts into the computer system and distributing materials with the correct item references.

We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) compliance, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and fostering a secure workplace. The ideal candidate will conduct risk assessments, implement safety protocols, and promote environmental sustainability initiatives. Responsibilities include investigating incidents, providing safety training, and maintaining accurate records of safety performance. Candidates must possess a degree in occupational health, safety management, or a related field, along with relevant certifications such as BOSH or OSHA. Proficiency in risk assessment tools and strong communication skills are essential. Experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in software development, with proficiency in Python, Java, or similar languages.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.
• Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and monitoring tools.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering or related disciplines, including but not limited to HND or ND credentials.

A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience is required.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

A minimum of three years in a relevant professional setting, with a proven track record in project management, client relations, or a related field. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in industry-standard software, such as Microsoft Office Suite or project management tools, is essential. Prior experience in a leadership role or team coordination is highly desirable. Familiarity with data analysis, reporting, and compliance standards is a plus. A bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related discipline is required, though equivalent professional experience may be considered.
