Individuals should possess hands-on experience with ERP systems and demonstrate a solid grasp of warehouse management processes.
Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in analytical reasoning, meticulous organizational capabilities, and adept problem-solving techniques.
Oversee and execute key operational duties to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to company standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Develop and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures to support organizational objectives. Monitor performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership for informed decision-making. The role encompasses overseeing key operational functions such as the receipt, storage, selection, packaging, and dispatch of goods to ensure efficient and timely order fulfillment.
Responsibilities include overseeing inventory levels and maintaining precise documentation of all stock transactions within the warehouse environment.
Perform periodic stock counts and reconciliations, identify and address any inventory discrepancies through thorough investigation and resolution.
Develop and execute strategies to ensure the prompt and efficient delivery of products in alignment with customer service and distribution objectives.
Ensure meticulous documentation of warehouse activities, encompassing goods receipts, stock transfers, returns, and dispatch records, to maintain precision and compliance.
Ensure adherence to organizational policies, safety protocols, quality benchmarks, and warehouse operational guidelines.
Monitor inbound and outbound inventory to reduce stock discrepancies, damages, and variances. Assist in deploying inventory control measures and ongoing improvement projects to optimize warehouse operations.
Collaborate closely with Production, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to maintain seamless material flow, ensure on-time order fulfillment, and optimize stock availability.
