A proactive and meticulous Warehouse Coordinator is needed to uphold seamless warehouse functions within a dynamic FMCG setting. The ideal candidate will oversee the seamless coordination of inbound and outbound logistics, including the receipt, storage, inventory tracking, and timely dispatch of goods, all while maintaining strict adherence to accuracy, regulatory standards, and operational excellence.

This position involves tracking inventory movements, updating precise stock records, and collaborating closely with production, logistics, and other teams to facilitate smooth product distribution. The preferred applicant demonstrates strong organizational abilities, a results-oriented mindset, and excellent communication and analytical skills to resolve challenges effectively.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, computer science, or a related discipline, along with proven experience in project management, preferably within a technical or industrial environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency in industry-standard software tools, data analysis, and clear communication are required, along with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required.

A minimum of five years of warehouse experience within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector is required. Candidates must demonstrate exceptional communication abilities alongside polished interpersonal skills.

Skilled in utilizing the Microsoft Office suite effectively.

Proficient in inventory management methodologies, specifically FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out), is required.

Individuals should possess hands-on experience with ERP systems and demonstrate a solid grasp of warehouse management processes.

Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in analytical reasoning, meticulous organizational capabilities, and adept problem-solving techniques.

Oversee and execute key operational duties to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to company standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Develop and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures to support organizational objectives. Monitor performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership for informed decision-making. Serve as a liaison between departments to facilitate seamless communication and alignment of goals. Identify and mitigate potential risks to safeguard project timelines and resource allocation. Foster a culture of accountability and excellence by setting clear expectations and measuring outcomes.

Lead and oversee all daily warehouse operations to ensure seamless functioning, maintaining optimal efficiency and productivity throughout the supply chain process.

The role encompasses overseeing key operational functions such as the receipt, storage, selection, packaging, and dispatch of goods to ensure efficient and timely order fulfillment.

Responsibilities include overseeing inventory levels and maintaining precise documentation of all stock transactions within the warehouse environment.

Perform periodic stock counts and reconciliations, identify and address any inventory discrepancies through thorough investigation and resolution.

Develop and execute strategies to ensure the prompt and efficient delivery of products in alignment with customer service and distribution objectives.

Ensure meticulous documentation of warehouse activities, encompassing goods receipts, stock transfers, returns, and dispatch records, to maintain precision and compliance.

Ensure adherence to organizational policies, safety protocols, quality benchmarks, and warehouse operational guidelines.

Monitor inbound and outbound inventory to reduce stock discrepancies, damages, and variances. Assist in deploying inventory control measures and ongoing improvement projects to optimize warehouse operations.

Collaborate closely with Production, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to maintain seamless material flow, ensure on-time order fulfillment, and optimize stock availability.
