A prominent organization in the Fintech sector is looking for a seasoned and results-oriented Sales Manager specializing in Cross-Border Payments to oversee and guide a high-caliber sales team dedicated to B2B cross-border payment solutions.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to oversee daily operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Key duties include managing workflows, coordinating team efforts, and maintaining productivity across departments. The ideal candidate will implement process improvements, monitor performance metrics, and address any operational challenges promptly. Additionally, they will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives with company goals and foster a culture of accountability and innovation. Strong organizational and leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Direct oversight of a team of 5 to 10 Sales Representatives, providing leadership, mentorship, and management to ensure sales objectives are consistently met.

Utilize telemarketing, networking, referrals, and face-to-face meetings to enhance customer acquisition initiatives.

Craft and execute strategic sales initiatives specifically designed to engage and support small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) engaged in international commerce.

Develop and nurture enduring partnerships with business owners, traders, and pivotal industry stakeholders to foster collaborative and mutually beneficial relationships.

Evaluate team performance metrics, sales activities, and conversion rates to confirm both productivity and goal attainment.

Requirement

A minimum of an Associate Degree, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a closely related field is required.

We seek candidates with at least two years of proven experience in sales management, having successfully led high-performing teams to deliver results.

Professional experience in B2B sales, fintech, SaaS, taxation, cross-border logistics, or related fields is strongly preferred.

Exceptional leadership abilities coupled with outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship management expertise.

Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a strong capacity to excel in dynamic and rapidly evolving settings.

A pre-existing network within the SME exporter or trading community would be highly beneficial.

Proficiency in digital and social media platforms for customer acquisition is highly desirable.

Seeking a professional who prioritizes location flexibility, with a willingness to adapt to various geographic assignments.
