Job Summary

We are in search of a highly motivated and outcome-focused Van Sales Representative to expand and nurture our customer base across designated territories. The successful applicant will be tasked with boosting sales performance, cultivating enduring customer connections, and delivering products directly to clients via a company vehicle.

Oversee a comprehensive range of critical functions, including strategic planning, operational execution, and performance evaluation to ensure organizational objectives are consistently met. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices tailored to enhance efficiency, productivity, and compliance across all departments. Lead cross-functional teams by fostering collaboration, communication, and accountability, while providing mentorship and guidance to cultivate talent and drive professional growth. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and recommend data-driven solutions. Serve as the primary liaison between senior leadership and operational staff, ensuring alignment with company goals and reporting on key initiatives. Additionally, manage stakeholder relationships, including clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies, to maintain strong partnerships and uphold corporate integrity. Ensure adherence to industry standards, legal requirements, and ethical guidelines while promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Prospect new clients and manage all aspects of the daily sales process to drive revenue growth.

Deliver measurable results by consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets set for daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual periods.

Responsibilities include cultivating relationships with prospective clients, including retailers, wholesalers, and supermarkets, and facilitating their seamless integration into the company’s ecosystem.

Proactively engage with customers by delivering products in a timely and professional manner using the company’s van to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.

Develop and nurture ongoing partnerships with current clients to ensure sustained satisfaction and loyalty.

Deliver comprehensive market intelligence and detailed competitor analysis reports.

Guarantee that products are merchandised and displayed correctly at all customer sites to maximize visibility and appeal.

Maintain precise documentation of sales transactions, payment processing, and inventory levels to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.

Ensure that all products are handled with care and stored securely within the van to maintain their integrity and comply with safety regulations.
