Offer expert guidance on travel destinations, flight selections, lodging accommodations, visa requirements, tour packages, and travel insurance options.
Collaborate with clients to develop customized travel plans and detailed itineraries that align with their specific preferences and needs.
Oversee flight bookings, hotel reservations, airport transfers, and tour packages;
Develop and revise travel itineraries in accordance with client specifications and financial constraints.
Oversee modifications to reservations, cancellations, refund processing, and any travel-related disruptions.
Drive revenue expansion by actively marketing travel services and enhancing sales performance through strategic upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
Develop and sustain robust partnerships with both corporate entities and individual clients.
Verify adherence to all applicable travel industry regulations, airline policies, and internal company standards to maintain operational integrity and regulatory compliance.
Ensure meticulous management of booking records, client files, and travel documentation to maintain precision and integrity in all records.
Monitor travel trends, visa regulations, and airline policies to provide accurate and timely guidance to clients.
Compile regular reports summarizing booking data, sales metrics, and operational performance to provide stakeholders with actionable insights.
Partner with cross-functional teams to uphold consistent service quality and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout all interactions.
