About the Role

Grant Thornton Academy, a Professional Training Academy, is in search of an experienced Project Manager to oversee and drive the Academy’s feeder programs, talent development initiatives, and strategic projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing training pipelines, cultivating partnership engagements, advancing curriculum development plans, and managing academy-wide operational projects with precision and efficiency.

Oversee a comprehensive range of critical duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and team leadership to drive organizational success. Develop and implement innovative policies, procedures, and initiatives that enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, streamline processes, and achieve key business objectives. Ensure adherence to industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices while maintaining a high level of accountability. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data trends, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership to inform decision-making. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and excellence through mentorship, coaching, and professional development programs.

Spearhead the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of employees’ feeder programs and key organizational initiatives to drive impactful outcomes.

Responsible for managing complete project lifecycles, from initial scope definition through budgeting, scheduling, execution, and continuous monitoring, to final reporting.

Collaborate effectively with internal teams, faculty members, and external partners to ensure projects are completed punctually.

Design project frameworks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and dashboards to facilitate comprehensive tracking and evaluation of progress.

Oversee the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks, issues, and change requests while upholding stringent quality standards and adherence to regulatory mandates.

Assist in the creation of educational materials, contribute to the design of programs, and facilitate effective learning delivery systems.

Prepare and distribute regular performance, impact, and progress reports for senior leadership, with a focus on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders while cultivating and sustaining robust relationships with corporate partners and trainees.

Drive ongoing enhancements in every Academy program and operational process to ensure sustained growth and excellence.

Qualifications & Personal Attributes

A bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a closely related field is required.

A Master’s degree, including an MBA, M. Ed., or M.Sc., is highly beneficial.

Minimum of five to seven years of relevant professional experience is required, including a minimum of three years specifically dedicated to project management.

Designing and delivering comprehensive training and development programs to enhance employee skills and organizational performance.
