Generate orders and provide recommendations for appointing new retailers.

Develop and implement a weekly itinerary, subject to approval by the Relationship Business Manager (RBM), ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational needs.
Compile weekly and monthly reports as well as any additional reports deemed necessary.
At the close of each week, compile and organize incurred expenses for submission to and approval by the Regional Business Manager (RBM).
Ensure proper authorization and strict adherence to the PJP process.

Organize and execute in-bar promotional events, as well as other consumer-focused marketing initiatives.
Ensure that products are displayed prominently and attractively on the shelves to maximize visibility and appeal to customers.
Ensure the correct and strategic placement of point-of-sale merchandising materials at designated locations.
The position requires direct reporting to a designated manager or supervisor within the organization. This includes providing regular updates on progress, challenges, and key performance indicators as requested. Additionally, the role involves participating in scheduled meetings to discuss performance metrics, project milestones, and any necessary adjustments to workflows or priorities. Evaluate and provide updates on the deployment status and current condition of billboards and other out-of-home (OOH) advertising, as well as point-of-sale (POS) materials.
Job Requirements
HND / Bachelor’s Degree with 2 + years’ of sales experience within the FMCG/Manufacturing industry
