Reverse Aesthetics is seeking an experienced and licensed Aesthetics Nurse to become part of our esteemed team in Lagos.
The preferred candidate must possess proven experience in supporting or performing aesthetic and wellness procedures while maintaining exceptional patient care standards.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties to ensure operational excellence and team productivity. Develop and implement strategic plans, policies, and procedures to align with organizational objectives while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data trends, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership to drive informed decision-making. Lead cross-functional initiatives, coordinate interdepartmental efforts, and serve as a liaison between teams to streamline workflows and enhance collaboration. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company standards, and ethical guidelines while mitigating risks and resolving complex operational challenges.
Provide support to medical professionals throughout the course of cosmetic procedures and therapeutic interventions.
Conduct approved aesthetic treatments and wellness procedures with precision and care.
Prepare treatment rooms and ensure they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Educate clients about the details of treatment protocols and recommended aftercare practices to ensure their understanding and adherence to the prescribed plan.
Ensure patient comfort and monitor their progress throughout the course of treatments.
Ensure the meticulous accuracy and completeness of all patient records and associated documentation at all times.
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a superior client experience at all times.
Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in [industry/role]. Proficiency in [software/tools] is essential, and familiarity with [specific methodologies or systems] is highly desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are required, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. Qualifications include holding a valid Registered Nurse license, either as an RN or a Bachelor of Nursing Science (B.NSC) degree.

A monthly compensation package ranging from N150,000 to N180,000 is offered.
