Support Desk Personnel will function as the essential on-site liaison for hospital staff and patients utilizing the organization’s integrated digital technology suite and oncology access programs. Their objective is to alleviate operational pressures on hospital personnel while ensuring smooth patient navigation through program procedures and diagnostic services.

Oversee a comprehensive range of duties encompassing core operational tasks, strategic planning initiatives, and team leadership responsibilities. Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional collaboration, ensuring seamless communication and alignment between departments. Develop and execute process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance metrics. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to maintain timelines and budget adherence. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry regulations, and quality standards while driving sustainable business outcomes.

As the primary technical and digital support specialist, you will deliver first-line assistance for our digital platform, offering users comprehensive system guidance and performing basic troubleshooting to resolve issues efficiently.

Provide patient navigation support by facilitating their progression through program pathways, encompassing enrollment procedures and referrals to immunohistochemistry (IOC) diagnostic services.

Program coordination involves streamlining program processes within hospital workflows while identifying and communicating operational challenges to the program team for resolution.

Administrative reporting involves ensuring precise records of Support Desk operations while delivering regular operational summaries and strategic insights.

Ensure strict adherence to all patient interactions and data handling practices in full compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and established hospital confidentiality protocols.

Applicants must meet a set of essential qualifications and demonstrate key competencies to be considered for this role.
