The Support Desk Personnel will function as the main on-site liaison for hospital staff and patients engaging with the organization’s digital technology suite and oncology access programs. Their objective is to alleviate operational pressures on hospital personnel while ensuring smooth patient navigation through program processes and diagnostic services.

Oversee critical operational functions to ensure seamless workflow execution, including managing daily activities, coordinating team efforts, and monitoring progress toward established objectives. Develop and maintain efficient processes that enhance productivity and support strategic goals while fostering collaboration among departments. Lead performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to promote professional growth and accountability within the team. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations while mitigating potential risks through proactive oversight and adherence to best practices. Collaborate with senior leadership to align departmental initiatives with broader organizational priorities.

As the primary point of contact for our digital platform, you will deliver first-line technical and digital support, offering clear system guidance and resolving basic user issues efficiently.

Patient Navigation: Provide guidance to patients navigating program pathways, facilitating enrollment processes and directing them to immunohistochemistry (IOC) diagnostic services as needed.

Program Coordination: Serve as a liaison to streamline program operations within hospital workflows, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency. Identify and escalate operational challenges or inefficiencies to the program team to foster continuous improvement and problem resolution.

Maintain precise records of Support Desk operations and deliver regular performance summaries along with analytical insights.

Ensure strict adherence to NDPR (Nigeria Data Protection Regulation) and hospital confidentiality protocols in all patient interactions and data management activities.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is mandatory, alongside a minimum of five years of progressive accounting experience. Proficiency in GAAP standards, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills are essential. Strong analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are required. Candidates must demonstrate problem-solving acumen and the capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively. Prior experience with financial reporting, auditing, or compliance is highly advantageous.

A degree in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or a related medical science field is required.

Proven experience in healthcare coordination, hospital administration, pharmacy operations, or technical support roles is required.

Required competencies include advanced digital proficiency, exceptional interpersonal abilities, familiarity with Nigeria’s healthcare system, and hands-on experience navigating hospital settings effectively.

Proven expertise in fostering patient interaction and resolving complex issues.
