The Support Desk Personnel will function as the key on-site liaison for hospital staff and patients utilizing the organization’s integrated digital technology suite and oncology access programs. Their objective is to alleviate operational pressures on hospital personnel while ensuring smooth patient navigation through program processes and diagnostic services.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and team leadership to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently and effectively. Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional collaboration, fostering alignment between departments to drive cohesive project outcomes. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize workflows, enhance productivity, and maintain compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze trends, and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership to inform decision-making and resource allocation. Patient Navigation involves guiding patients through program pathways, encompassing enrollment processes and referrals to immunohistochemistry (IOC) diagnostic services to ensure seamless access to necessary care.
Facilitate seamless integration of program processes into existing hospital workflows while identifying and escalating operational challenges to the program team to ensure timely resolution and alignment with organizational objectives.
Maintain precise records of Support Desk operations and deliver regular performance reports and analytical insights.
Ensure strict adherence to ethical standards and regulatory compliance by maintaining full compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and established hospital confidentiality protocols in all patient interactions and data handling processes.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is mandatory. Proficiency in written and verbal communication, along with strong organizational skills, is essential. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in project management, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities. Experience with industry-specific software and tools is required. Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance is a must. Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and a collaborative work style are highly valued.
