A Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field is required.

Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity, overseeing workflow processes, and coordinating team activities to meet organizational goals. This role involves implementing strategies to improve performance, monitoring progress through key performance indicators, and addressing any operational challenges that may arise. Gather supplier quotes and conduct price comparisons to assess cost-effectiveness for both local and international suppliers.

Responsibilities include ensuring the meticulous documentation and organization of purchase orders, invoices, and all related procurement records to uphold accuracy and compliance.

Oversee adherence to established company policies and protocols governing procurement and inventory control to maintain operational integrity and regulatory compliance.

Maintain regular communication with the sales team to share delivery schedules and provide timely updates.

Assist with the intake and assessment of incoming deliveries and products, ensuring accuracy in quantities and adherence to quality standards.

Evaluate supplier performance by conducting thorough assessments and analyses to ensure they meet established standards and expectations.

Additionally, the incumbent may be tasked with performing other responsibilities as deemed necessary by their supervisor, ensuring comprehensive support for the team’s objectives.
