In this critical position, you will oversee seamless payroll administration, lead technical recruitment initiatives, refine onboarding and learning programs, and develop robust HR policies. The essential responsibilities include:
Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for both technical and non-technical positions, from developing compelling job advertisements to evaluating applicants and facilitating their progression through interviews and final offer stages.
Accurately and punctually process payroll while addressing any discrepancies; collaborate effectively with the finance team to resolve payroll-related challenges.
Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including paid time off, leave policies, and insurance coverage, while ensuring accurate record-keeping.
