The role reports directly to the Program Supervisor, ensuring alignment with program objectives and adherence to established protocols. This position requires regular communication with the supervisor to provide updates on progress, address challenges, and seek guidance on complex issues. The incumbent will receive ongoing feedback to refine performance and contribute effectively to the program’s strategic goals. Collaboration with the supervisor is essential to maintain operational efficiency, resolve discrepancies, and uphold quality standards across all program activities.

The Support Desk Personnel will function as the main on-site liaison for hospital staff and patients utilizing the organization’s acquired digital technology suite and oncology access programs. Their objective is to alleviate operational pressures on hospital staff while ensuring smooth patient navigation through program procedures and diagnostic services.

Key duties encompass managing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring deliverables meet established standards. Additionally, the role involves conducting regular performance reviews, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions as needed. Collaborating with cross-functional departments to align objectives and optimize workflows is also essential. The position requires strong analytical skills to interpret data, solve complex problems, and make data-driven decisions. Effective communication with stakeholders, both internally and externally, is crucial to maintain transparency and foster productive relationships. Adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and quality assurance protocols is mandatory to uphold operational excellence.

As the primary point of contact for our digital solution, you will deliver first-line technical and digital support, offering users system guidance and resolving basic troubleshooting issues.

Patient navigation responsibilities entail guiding individuals through program pathways, which encompasses enrollment procedures and facilitating referrals to immunohistochemistry (IOC) diagnostic services.

Program Coordination: Serve as the liaison for streamlining program processes within hospital workflows, while identifying and escalating operational challenges to the program team for resolution.

Maintain precise records of Support Desk operations and deliver regular performance summaries along with strategic insights.

Ensure strict adherence to NDPR (Nigeria Data Protection Regulation) and hospital confidentiality protocols in all patient interactions and data management activities.

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is essential. Three or more years of HR experience, with at least two in a leadership role, is required. Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite is mandatory. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are critical. Candidate must demonstrate problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of employment law and compliance standards is necessary. Previous experience with talent acquisition and employee relations is highly valued. The ability to multitask and prioritize effectively is crucial. A commitment to continuous professional development is expected.

A bachelor’s degree in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or another field within medical sciences is required.

Professionals with a background in healthcare coordination, hospital administration, pharmacy operations, or technical support are encouraged to apply.

Proficiency in digital tools, excellent communication abilities, familiarity with Nigeria’s healthcare framework, and practical experience navigating hospital settings are essential.

Compensation includes a monthly transport allowance as well as an airtime allowance.
