The Subsea Projects and Services Specialist is tasked with the technical execution and completion of various subsea systems equipment for customer orders within the Subsea and Surface Production Systems (SHIPS) Product Line workshop. Under the direct supervision of the Operations Manager, the Support Specialist guarantees the timely, safe, and high-quality delivery of all work packages in adherence to relevant procedures and company standards.

Proficiency in troubleshooting, repair, and operational protocols is essential, along with the ability to adhere to strict safety and environmental regulations. The role demands meticulous attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the capacity to work in high-pressure, remote offshore conditions. A degree in engineering, marine technology, or a related field is preferred, complemented by relevant certifications such as SOVIET (Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training) or OPI TO. Prior experience in subsea operations, either onshore or offshore, is highly advantageous for success in this position.

Proficient in interpreting and executing detailed drawings, Bills of Materials (Boys), General Arrangements (GA’s), schematics, and technical procedures is essential.
Subsea equipment disassembly, assembly, building, and testing are performed in accordance with work orders.
Professionals with extensive practical expertise in operating, repairing, troubleshooting, maintaining, refurbishing, and modifying topside and subsea equipment—including CPUs, valves, valve actuators, THs, THS, EDP/LRP, manifolds, instrumentation, and fittings—are sought. A strong grasp of the functionality within a standard multiplex electrohydraulic control system is also essential.
