The Subsea Projects and Services Specialist oversees the technical execution and provisioning of a variety of subsea systems equipment for customer orders within the Subsea and Surface Production Systems (SHIPS) Product Line workshop. Directly reporting to the Operations Manager, this role ensures all work packages are completed safely, punctually, and to the required quality standards, fully adhering to applicable procedures and company protocols.

As a Services Specialist focused on Subsea Projects and Services, your responsibilities will include overseeing and coordinating specialized technical support and project execution in the subsea domain. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs, resolve technical challenges, and optimize operational efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Maintains compliance with industry standards and safety protocols during installation, maintenance, and repair activities. Provides technical support and guidance to field personnel to ensure proper handling and operation of subsea tools and systems.

Responsibilities include the maintenance, repair, and testing of Subsea Production Equipment (SSE) within the services’ product line.

To ensure success in this position, you will be expected to:

Hold an accredited university degree in engineering or a science-related field, with a Bachelor’s as the foundational requirement and a Master’s degree serving as a favorable qualification.

Applicants must possess at least three years of practical experience in subsea equipment workshops and engineering or operations roles within the oil and gas sector.

To successfully interpret and execute complex drawings, Bills of Materials (Boys), General Arrangements (GA’s), schematics, and technical procedures, a strong ability to read, analyze, and understand detailed technical documentation is essential.

Perform disassembly, assembly, build, and test procedures on subsea equipment as outlined in work orders.

Proven expertise in the operation, repair, troubleshooting, maintenance, refurbishment, and modification of topside and subsea equipment is required, including CPUs, valves, valve actuators, THs, THS, EDP/LRP, manifolds, instrumentation, and fittings, alongside a strong comprehension of multiplex electrohydraulic control systems.

Possess a valid NYC discharge or exemption certificate, and ensure this is explicitly indicated on your resume.
