A dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive is sought to join our team at Victoria Island, playing a pivotal role in advancing our sales strategy, cultivating robust client relationships, and championing our cloud solutions portfolio.

Oversee a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and cross-functional collaboration to drive organizational objectives. Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards while maintaining high levels of efficiency and productivity. Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize workflows and enhance overall performance.

Devise and execute strategies to uncover and capitalize on emerging business prospects, thereby enhancing Near Cloud’s clientele.

Craft and execute strategic sales initiatives designed to meet and surpass predefined sales objectives.

Proactively engage with potential clients to effectively showcase and advocate for Near Cloud’s offerings, including products and services.

Cultivate and sustain robust, enduring connections with customers to foster loyalty and trust.

Work collaboratively with the technical team to ensure alignment with and fulfillment of all customer requirements.

To remain current with industry developments and competitor strategies, proactively monitor emerging trends and market shifts to uncover potential opportunities.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Minimum of three years of experience in network administration, cybersecurity, or a closely related role is essential. Proficiency in configuring and managing firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems is mandatory. Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP is necessary. Experience with SIEM tools, vulnerability scanning, and incident response procedures is preferred. Excellent problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to work under pressure are critical. Certifications such as Compton Security+, CISSP, or CCNA Security are highly advantageous. Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing clear technical guidance are required.

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or an equivalent discipline is required.

Seeking candidates with at least four years of demonstrated sales expertise, ideally within the technology or cloud services sectors.

Demonstrates a deep comprehension of cloud computing principles and practical implementations.

Proven expertise in conveying ideas clearly, negotiating effectively, and fostering strong interpersonal relationships.

Capable of thriving both autonomously and collaboratively within a dynamic, high-pressure setting, with a preference for female candidates to support organizational gender diversity.
