Oversee a range of critical duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and team leadership to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align projects with company goals, fostering synergy and innovation. Monitor performance metrics to identify trends, address inefficiencies, and implement data-driven improvements. Serve as a primary liaison for stakeholders, providing clear communication, resolving conflicts, and maintaining strong professional relationships. Develop and mentor team members through targeted training, constructive feedback, and career development initiatives. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and best practices to mitigate risks and uphold operational integrity.

Foster and oversee strategic business alliances with prospective corporate clients, including both Chinese enterprises and domestic businesses.

Perform client follow-ups, engage in negotiations, and finalize contract signings to ensure successful deal closures and sustained business relationships.

Execute offline promotional initiatives such as conducting field visits, distributing marketing materials, and engaging in direct on-ground outreach efforts.

Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of prospective clients while consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Consistently relay market feedback and competitor insights to the team to ensure informed decision-making and strategic alignment.

Job Requirements

Seeking candidates with a minimum of three years of demonstrated success in Business Development or Sales roles, with a preference for those with B2B experience.

Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with adept negotiation and interpersonal proficiencies, are essential.
