Ensure that project schedules are coordinated with contractor deliverables to maintain seamless workflow and timely completion of all assigned tasks.

Track and measure performance against defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate project success and operational efficiency. Monitor progress regularly to ensure adherence to strategic goals, identify areas for improvement, and support data-driven decision-making. Analyze KPI trends to detect inefficiencies, optimize workflows, and align activities with organizational objectives. Present findings in clear, actionable reports to stakeholders, facilitating transparency and accountability in performance management.

Schedule performance is projected to deviate by 5% from the established timeline.

The Schedule Performance Index (SPI) must range from 0.95 to 1.05.

Consistently meets or exceeds the targeted milestone completion rate, with 95% of all milestones delivered punctually.

Baseline schedule compliance must consistently reach at least 90% adherence to the approved baseline schedule.

Forecast accuracy must maintain a deviation of no more than 5% from the scheduled completion date.

Delays must be identified within a span of 24 to 48 hours, and a comprehensive recovery plan must be submitted within 3 to 5 business days.

Progress Reporting: Ensuring 100% adherence to submission deadlines with a data accuracy rate of 98%.

Resource Utilization Efficiency: Maintain a variance of no more than 10% between planned and actual resource utilization.

Seeking a candidate with a minimum of five years of progressive experience in a relevant field, along with a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional certification. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Must possess a keen attention to detail and a commitment to upholding high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical), Construction Management, or a related field is required.

A minimum of five to ten years of hands-on experience in planning and scheduling for construction, engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC), or oil and gas projects is required.

Preferred qualification includes possession of a Primavera P6 Certification.

PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is highly regarded and provides a competitive edge.
