The position involves driving engagement and organizing activities across the medical channel. This includes developing and executing strategies to enhance interaction with medical professionals, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include planning educational programs, coordinating events, and fostering relationships to promote medical advancements and knowledge sharing. The role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful initiatives.

Execute strategic visits to healthcare professionals and medical channels to secure commitments and foster advocacy, ultimately driving recommendations and the acquisition of new users.

Convene with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and engage in one-on-one interactions, either to advance brand objectives or to deliver nutrition education.

Overseeing strategic healthcare facility accounts, this role involves navigating intricate recommendation processes and fostering collaborative partnerships to ensure high-value account requests are fulfilled seamlessly.

Salesforce effectiveness and data management encompasses the strategic oversight of Salesforce usage and the meticulous handling of data to ensure optimal performance and integrity. This role involves maintaining high-quality data standards, streamlining processes within Salesforce, and leveraging analytics to drive informed business decisions. Responsibilities include configuring and customizing Salesforce to meet business needs, ensuring data accuracy and security, and providing training and support to users. Proficiency in Salesforce administration, data management best practices, and analytical tools is required, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Ensures the accurate segmentation, profiling, and targeting of medical customers to enhance the productivity of field operations.

Efficiently capturing and documenting readily accessible and pertinent information, along with call interactions, within the CRM platform to enhance operational efficiency and support future medical customer engagements.

Gather, monitor, and present territory insights, forecasts, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence using a CRM platform tailored to medical operations.

Develop and execute comprehensive consumer marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and market demands. Formulate detailed plans encompassing promotional activities, target audience engagement, and brand positioning to drive consumer awareness and loyalty. Assist in establishing and monitoring benchmarks for brand-centric campaigns and educational events to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and desired outcomes.

Track community engagement and satisfaction levels in nutrition outreach initiatives.

Provides critical support and accountability in the execution of business-assigned initiatives and projects to achieve core objectives.

Collaborate operationally with the Chief Digital Strategy Manager (CDSM) to align strategies, streamline processes, and ensure cohesive execution of digital initiatives. Facilitate cross-functional communication, monitor progress against objectives, and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance overall performance and drive digital transformation goals.

Facilitate training sessions aimed at addressing knowledge gaps and code-related deficiencies within the secondary Salesforce team.

Engage with owners of trade outlets and aisle attendants near hospitals to gather insights on the SN product—including competitive analysis—to collect, monitor, and document market intelligence. Conduct follow-up actions and coordinate with the sales team to guarantee consistent product availability.

The hospital product order requests, once written and approved, must be coordinated and communicated effectively.
