Requirement
A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, along with professional certifications such as ICAN, ARCA, CIA, or CFA—or any equivalent qualification in a related discipline—is required.
Accumulated a minimum of eight to ten years of hands-on accounting experience.
Reporting skills, financial modeling expertise, consolidation accounting proficiency, tax management capabilities, adherence to IFRS standards, comprehensive understanding of tax law, and solid corporate finance skills are required.
Required competencies include a comprehensive understanding of project management principles and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to engage stakeholders across various levels. Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools, along with a results-driven mindset, is necessary. A minimum of five years of relevant experience is required, along with a bachelor’s degree in a related field. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, leadership, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
