Job Summary

The Business Development and Brand Communication Strategist will spearhead revenue growth and market expansion for our fintech company by forging high-impact strategic partnerships, attracting new clients across both B2B and B2C segments, and enhancing brand positioning within the financial technology sector.

This hybrid position integrates business development and brand strategy initiatives to expand market presence, cultivate trust within financial services, and articulate intricate fintech solutions with clarity.

Oversee and execute critical operational and strategic tasks, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Develop and implement comprehensive plans to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance. Serve as a primary liaison between departments, fostering collaboration and resolving cross-functional challenges. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress, identify trends, and implement data-driven improvements. Lead project initiatives from inception to completion, managing resources, timelines, and deliverables with precision. Conduct thorough risk assessments and mitigation strategies to safeguard business continuity and minimize potential disruptions. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, cultivating a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous growth. Ensure adherence to industry regulations, compliance standards, and internal policies throughout all operations.

Explore and capitalize on emerging business prospects, forge strategic alliances with enterprises, and expand into untapped market segments within fintech, banking, payments, and financial services.

Craft and implement strategic brand communications initiatives designed to enhance credibility, foster trust, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Develop compelling pitch materials, respond to RFPs, and deliver high-stakes presentations tailored for financial institutions and corporate clients.

Perform comprehensive market and competitor evaluations, concentrating on fintech trends, evolving regulations, and breakthrough technologies.

Develop precise, regulation-compliant brand communications tailored for digital channels, investor relations materials, and product-specific marketing initiatives.

Develop and maintain strong, collaborative partnerships with banks, payment processors, regulatory bodies, investors, and other essential industry stakeholders.

Partner with product, compliance, marketing, and sales teams to uphold brand integrity and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to business growth, pipeline vitality, and brand effectiveness, providing comprehensive reports on progress and insights.

Engage in high-profile company representation by participating in fintech conferences, investor gatherings, and industry forums.

Track regulatory changes and provide strategic recommendations on brand positioning to ensure alignment with compliance standards and build consumer trust.

Education: Applicants must possess a bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, economics, or business administration, from an accredited institution. Equivalent professional experience in lieu of formal education may be considered, provided it aligns with the role’s core competencies and responsibilities.

A recognized institution must award the MBA degree.

Professional certifications in fintech, finance, or marketing—such as CFA, CFP, CAM, Digital Marketing certifications, or their equivalents—are essential requirements for this role.
