Develop and extend ACO Nigeria’s dealer and distributor network to enhance market penetration and expand brand reach across the region.
Proactively seek out, cultivate, and oversee high-potential solar and energy storage initiatives from inception through completion.
Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of projects that offer strong commercial potential.
Conduct thorough assessments to identify viable locations for REA, DARES, and Disco generation initiatives.
Cultivate strategic partnerships with both domestic and global funders to facilitate and enhance project financing efforts.
Collaborate effectively with essential stakeholders such as REA, Discos, governmental bodies, nongovernmental organizations, and development partners to foster productive partnerships and achieve shared objectives.
Develop and maintain strong partnerships with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contractors, solar developers, and retail dealers.
Conduct comprehensive market research and systematically track industry trends, competitor actions, and new business prospects.
Compose comprehensive business development reports, provide timely market intelligence updates, and maintain detailed sales pipeline reports.
Ensure the precision and currency of customer and opportunity data stored in the CRM system.
Seeking a dynamic professional to fulfill a multifaceted role requiring a minimum of five years of relevant experience in a comparable industry. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a related field, along with proficiency in industry-standard software and tools. Exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and strong interpersonal communication abilities are essential. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a closely related field is required.

A proven track record of at least a decade in sales, including a minimum of five years dedicated to the solar or broader renewable energy sector, is essential.
Consistently meets and exceeds sales targets while successfully negotiating and finalizing substantial contracts.

Experience encompasses collaboration with Real Estate Agents, Distribution Companies (Discos), Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) contractors, financial institutions, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and international development agencies.
Proven expertise in negotiation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management, with a track record of delivering results through clear, persuasive interactions and strategic relationship-building.
