We are seeking a highly motivated individual to oversee and execute a range of critical duties within our organization. Your primary role will involve managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to company policies and industry standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategic solutions to enhance operational efficiency. The position requires strong leadership skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate closely with senior management to align departmental objectives with overarching business goals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Accountable for conducting comprehensive audits, devising tailored designs, overseeing the installation process, and ensuring the full implementation of solar power solutions.

Serve as the central hub, collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery.

Formulate comprehensive standard operating procedures as well as quality and safety benchmarks specifically for solar installation projects.

Analyze customer energy consumption and cost profiles with precision. Possess the capability to determine optimal sizing for solar power systems.

Oversee a diverse portfolio of projects progressing through various stages of development and construction, spanning both local and regional locations.

Design solar systems tailored to individual customer specifications, encompassing solutions such as mini-grid and rooftop solar installations. Engage in consultations with clients and engineering teams to evaluate equipment needs and establish precise system requirements.

Transforms meticulously engineered solar, electrical, and civil designs from conceptual blueprints into fully realized field implementations.

Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams across the organization to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of projects.

The role involves handling the submission, review, and approval of drawings and documents, coordinating schedules, conducting inspections, and developing comprehensive checklists to ensure all standards are thoroughly evaluated.

Oversee the complete lifecycle of solar projects, encompassing both rooftop and ground-mounted installations, while providing ongoing AMC and service support.

Employ portable energy audit instruments, including power analyzers and data loggers, to conduct detailed assessments of energy consumption and efficiency.

Conduct comprehensive site evaluations to identify opportunities for optimization and recommend the most appropriate enhancements to improve overall suitability.

Assess layout configurations and space evaluations for solar panels, as well as other supported electrical equipment, while selecting appropriate cables for the plant. Develop comprehensive layouts and schematic diagrams, and perform technical sizing calculations, including Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Bill of Materials (BOM).

Prepare and deliver current weekly and biweekly status reports as well as interactive dashboards, ensuring stakeholders receive timely, accurate insights.

Offer expert technical leadership and assistance to installation teams throughout the installation phase, system start-up, testing procedures, commissioning processes, and ongoing performance evaluations.

Diagnosing and resolving installation-related issues efficiently and effectively.
