Oversee and execute key operational duties to ensure seamless departmental functionality. Develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with organizational objectives. Lead project teams through all phases, from planning to execution, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables. Serve as a liaison between departments to facilitate clear communication and alignment of goals.

Accountable for conducting audits, designing systems, installing components, and fully implementing solar power solutions.

Serve as the central hub, collaborating with all relevant teams—both internal and external—to facilitate smooth and efficient project delivery.

Create comprehensive standard operating procedures, as well as quality and safety benchmarks tailored to solar installation projects.

Accurately evaluate customers’ energy consumption and cost profiles while determining the most efficient solar power system configurations. Possess expertise in optimally sizing solar power solutions to meet specific energy demands.

Manage diverse projects concurrently, spanning different stages of development and construction, with potential locations both locally and regionally.

Design solar systems—including mini-grid and rooftop configurations—tailored to customer specifications. Collaborate with clients and engineering teams to evaluate equipment needs and establish precise system requirements.

Transforms meticulously crafted solar, electrical, and civil designs from blueprints into tangible, field-ready installations.

Collaborate effectively with both internal and external teams across the organization to ensure smooth and efficient project completion.

The position involves managing drawing and document submissions, approvals, scheduling, and inspections, as well as preparing comprehensive checklists for reviewing all standard procedures.

End-to-end management of solar projects, encompassing both rooftop and ground-mounted installations, along with after-sales maintenance and service support.

Employ portable energy audit instruments, including power analyzers and data loggers, to conduct comprehensive assessments of energy consumption.

Conduct site evaluations to determine the most advantageous and appropriate enhancements for improving overall suitability.

Assess the configurations and spatial arrangements of solar panels, as well as other supported electrical equipment, while overseeing the selection of appropriate cables for plant installations. Develop comprehensive layouts, schematic diagrams, and perform technical sizing calculations. Additionally, prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Bill of Materials (BOM) for the project.

To ensure the delivery of current weekly or biweekly status reports and dashboards, maintaining accurate and timely information for stakeholders.

Offer expert technical guidance and assistance to installation teams throughout the installation phase, system start-up, testing procedures, commissioning activities, and ongoing performance evaluations.

Responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues encountered during installation processes.
