Job Summary:
We are looking for an innovative and results-oriented Social Media Strategist to enhance our team. The successful candidate will develop and implement social media strategies designed to increase brand awareness, drive lead generation, foster audience engagement, and contribute to overall business growth. Additionally, this position requires expertise in graphic design, content creation, and digital marketing initiatives across various social media channels.
Oversee and execute critical duties encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and team leadership to ensure organizational objectives are met. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, fostering an environment of innovation and efficiency. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to enhance productivity and accountability. Monitor progress through regular evaluations, providing constructive feedback and coaching to team members. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with senior leadership to align departmental goals with broader organizational strategies, optimizing resource allocation and maximizing impact.
Craft and execute strategic social media initiatives that are fully aligned with the organization’s mission and strategic priorities.
Craft compelling and pertinent content tailored for a variety of social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and additional digital channels.
Create compelling visual designs, including graphics, flyers, banners, and promotional materials, utilizing advanced graphic design software and tools.
Oversee and uphold the company’s social media presence, guaranteeing uniform brand communication across all platforms.
Plan, schedule, and publish content using social media management tools.
Track and analyze evolving social media trends, competitor strategies, and new digital marketing avenues to identify actionable insights.
Develop and implement strategic social media marketing initiatives aimed at bolstering brand recognition, fostering meaningful engagement, and driving lead generation.
Evaluate campaign effectiveness and compile regular reports featuring data-driven recommendations for strategic improvements.
Engage with online audiences by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally.
Maintain consistency by ensuring all content adheres to the company’s brand identity and communication guidelines.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.
Experienced professionals in roles such as Social Media Strategist, Social Media Manager, or Digital Marketer are highly encouraged to apply. A demonstrated track record in these capacities is essential for consideration.
Expertise in graphic design is essential, along with hands-on experience using industry-standard tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent software applications.
Proven expertise in crafting compelling content, developing engaging narratives, and producing impactful copy.
Proficient in leveraging social media algorithms, analytics, and advertising strategies to drive engagement and optimize performance.
Demonstrated expertise in overseeing corporate social media channels and executing paid promotional initiatives.
Exceptional communication abilities, innovative thinking, and meticulous organizational capabilities are essential for this role.
