Oversee a range of critical duties including managing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards. To formulate and implement social media strategies aimed at bolstering brand visibility and fostering online engagement.
Develop engaging and visually appealing content, encompassing graphics, videos, and captions that effectively communicate key messages.
Oversee the daily publication of content and engagement activities across all key social media channels.
Develop and execute paid social media campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Monitor data analytics and compile detailed weekly and monthly performance reports providing comprehensive insights.
Partner with leadership to ensure digital initiatives support organizational objectives and drive strategic outcomes.
Ensure uniformity and adherence to brand guidelines across all content and communication channels.
Deliver data-driven recommendations to enhance digital performance outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential. At least three years of relevant work experience in a similar role is necessary. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are crucial. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are required. Knowledge of project management methodologies is preferred. Familiarity with data analysis and reporting is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively is important. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development is expected.
A bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) or higher is required.
