We seek a dynamic and strategic Social Media Manager to enhance brand presence, drive audience interaction, and achieve marketing goals across diverse digital channels.

You’ll collaborate with designers, videographers, and strategists to develop engaging campaigns, oversee day-to-day operations, and monitor performance metrics to guarantee tangible results.

Oversee a range of critical duties, including managing daily operations, leading cross-functional teams, and implementing strategic initiatives to drive organizational growth. Develop and execute business plans that align with company objectives, ensuring efficient resource allocation and optimal performance. Monitor key performance indicators to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed. Serve as the primary liaison between departments, fostering collaboration and communication to enhance productivity and innovation. Additionally, analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer feedback to inform decision-making and strategic planning. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and ethical standards while maintaining a strong focus on risk management and operational excellence. Provide mentorship and leadership to team members, promoting professional development and a high-performance culture.

Craft and implement strategic social media content plans that are fully aligned with the brand’s objectives.

Develop innovative campaign concepts, draft comprehensive content briefs, and craft compelling captions.

Oversee the daily operations across multiple social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, and other emerging digital channels.

Track evolving trends, key discussions, and emerging opportunities that directly impact assigned client brands.

Work in tandem with creative teams to transform concepts into tangible outcomes.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, then deliver actionable insights aimed at driving enhancements to operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Provide live coverage and engagement to support brand events and campaign activations.

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and demonstrate a minimum of three years of experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-standard software applications is necessary, alongside exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Familiarity with project management methodologies is advantageous. The ideal applicant will exhibit adaptability to changing priorities and a commitment to continuous learning.

Candidates who meet our criteria should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
