Description

We seek a dynamic and strategic Social Media Manager to enhance brand presence, foster audience interaction, and achieve marketing goals across diverse digital platforms.

This position entails more than just content publishing; it demands expertise in leveraging social media to foster expansion, cultivate credibility, and align with organizational objectives.

You will collaborate with designers, videographers, and strategists to develop engaging campaigns, oversee day-to-day operations, and analyze performance metrics to guarantee measurable results.

Oversee a comprehensive portfolio of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and team leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and fostering a collaborative work environment. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to enhance efficiency, productivity, and accountability across all functions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and drive innovation, while maintaining rigorous adherence to industry standards and regulatory compliance. Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear communication, timely reporting, and actionable insights to support informed decision-making. Additionally, oversee budgetary oversight, resource allocation, and risk management initiatives to safeguard organizational assets and achieve sustainable growth.

Craft and implement strategic social media content plans that are fully aligned with the organization’s branding objectives.

Develop innovative campaign concepts, craft comprehensive content briefs, and produce compelling captions designed to captivate audiences and drive engagement.

Oversee daily operations across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, and other emerging social media platforms to ensure consistent engagement and brand presence.

Analyze emerging trends, track industry conversations, and identify strategic opportunities aligned with client brands to inform proactive decision-making.

Partner with creative teams to transform concepts into tangible deliverables.

Monitor key performance indicators and deliver analytical insights aimed at enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Provide live coverage and engagement to support brand events and campaign activations.

Requirements

Candidates who are eager to apply must hold a four-year undergraduate degree from an accredited institution.

Seasoned professionals with a track record of effective social media management for brands or enterprises are encouraged to apply. Candidates should demonstrate hands-on experience in crafting and executing social media strategies across relevant platforms.

Demonstrates a comprehensive knowledge of leading digital platforms along with an awareness of evolving industry trends.

Proven expertise in crafting compelling narratives, developing strategic content plans, and delivering polished written material is essential.

Proficient in converting business objectives into compelling content strategies.

Effective interpersonal abilities and meticulous organizational capabilities are essential for this role.
