ABOUT THE ROLE
Uptown Health Limited is seeking a creative, energetic, and highly organized Social Media & Communications Officer to manage our online presence, engage with customers, and strengthen our brand visibility across digital platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the company’s social media accounts and online communities
Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms Respond to customer inquiries and messages professionally
Develop and implement social media campaigns to promote products and services
Monitor social media trends and recommend growth strategies
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports Maintain a positive and professional image of the company online
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Fluent in spoken and written English
Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills
Good knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing
Ability to create engaging content and captions Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office, and social media management tools
Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in social media management is an added advantage
