Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who demonstrates confidence, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric approach to join our skincare brand. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries primarily through WhatsApp and other digital platforms, deliver precise product details, and uphold an exceptional customer experience aligned with our brand’s tone and values.

Oversee and execute critical operational duties to ensure seamless business continuity and efficiency. Implement and maintain policies, procedures, and systems that enhance productivity while adhering to organizational standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and drive strategic initiatives. Monitor performance metrics to assess progress and make data-driven decisions that support long-term growth. Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous development. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices to mitigate risks and maintain operational integrity.

Ensure timely and courteous responses to customer inquiries across WhatsApp, Instagram, and additional digital channels.

Offer comprehensive insights into product features, skincare benefits, and personalized recommendations to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.

Address customer inquiries, orders, and follow-ups with a composed and effective approach, ensuring each interaction is handled professionally and promptly.

Maintain a communication style that is warm, persuasive, and consistently aligned with the brand’s voice and tone.

Maintain precise records of customer engagements and ensure accurate updates to order information.

Facilitate sales conversion by delivering clear, compelling communication and comprehensive product education to prospective clients.

Develop and nurture enduring connections with customers to foster recurring transactions.

Determine and articulate the precise prerequisites and qualifications essential for the role, ensuring clarity in both educational background and professional experience required. Specify any technical proficiencies, certifications, or specialized training deemed necessary, along with any industry-specific credentials. Highlight the importance of possessing certain soft skills, such as effective communication, teamwork, or problem-solving abilities, as well as any physical or cognitive demands pertinent to the position.
