Job Summary

The Production Officer will provide support to the production department, contributing to various operational tasks and ensuring efficient workflow processes.

Oversee and execute the primary duties, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively; develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity and meet organizational objectives; collaborate with cross-functional teams to align efforts and achieve shared goals; monitor progress and performance, providing timely feedback and adjustments as needed; maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices; identify areas for improvement and recommend innovative solutions to drive continuous growth; prepare and present reports to senior leadership, summarizing key metrics, challenges, and strategic recommendations; foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and excellence within the team.

Provide support in the formulation and packaging processes for products.

Operate standard production machinery in accordance with established safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards.

Ensure the production area remains consistently clean and well-organized, fully adhering to all food safety regulations and standards.

Accurately and efficiently label and organize finished products for proper storage.

Provide support for delivery operations, loading activities, and inventory management in the store as required.

We seek applicants with a minimum of five years in a related field, along with proficiency in industry-standard software and tools. Candidates must possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to work effectively both independently and collaboratively. Demonstrated leadership experience and a track record of successful project management are essential. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is required, and advanced certifications or advanced degrees are preferred.

A high school diploma (SSC) or an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) is required.

Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and a steadfast dedication to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Aptitude for comprehending and executing directives while collaborating effectively within a team setting.

Compensation for this role is structured at a monthly range of ₦70,000 to ₦80,000.

The role encompasses overseeing and administering pension schemes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and optimizing employee retirement benefits. Responsibilities include managing contributions, maintaining accurate records, processing claims, and providing guidance to employees on pension-related inquiries. The position requires expertise in pension regulations, strong analytical skills to assess financial data, and proficiency in relevant software. A background in finance, accounting, or a related field is essential, along with experience in pension administration or a similar role. Excellent communication abilities are necessary to liaise with employees, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.

Employees are entitled to receive a 13th-month salary as part of their compensation package.
