Renumeration

Long-haul truck drivers operate heavy-duty vehicles over extended distances, transporting goods between regions or across state lines. They adhere to strict schedules to ensure timely deliveries while maintaining compliance with federal safety regulations. Responsibilities include inspecting vehicles before trips, monitoring cargo securement, and documenting hours of service to avoid fatigue-related incidents. Candidates must possess a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with the appropriate endorsements, a clean driving record, and the physical stamina to manage prolonged periods behind the wheel. Prior experience in freight transport, knowledge of route optimization software, and strong problem-solving skills are highly valued.

We are pleased to offer a competitive basic salary of N100,000 per month for this position.

A monthly housing allowance of N30,000 is provided.

The dispatch allowance ranges between N10,000 and N20,000 per trip.

A travel allowance of ₦10,000 per trip will be disbursed at the end of each month.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field, and certification in managed care is highly preferred.

13th Month Salary.

Short Trucks are designed for navigating tight urban spaces and delivering goods efficiently in congested areas. These vehicles feature compact dimensions, enhanced maneuverability, and durable construction to withstand frequent stops and starts. Ideal for last-mile delivery services, they offer a practical solution for businesses requiring agile transportation in city environments. Applicants must possess a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) Class B and at least two years of experience operating similar vehicles. Responsibilities include safely operating the truck, performing pre-trip inspections, maintaining logbooks, and adhering to all traffic and safety regulations. Proficiency in basic vehicle maintenance and the ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and evenings, are also required.

Basic Salary: N80,000

Monthly housing allowance of twenty thousand naira (₦20,000).

Dispatch Allowance: A fixed allowance of ₦5,000 is provided for each trip completed, designed to support transportation and operational costs.

Trip Allowance: A payment of N5,000 per trip, disbursed at the end of each month.
