We seek a seasoned Contracts Professional with 12 to 13 years of hands-on experience in Contract Management, Contract Administration, Techno-Commercial Evaluation, Negotiation, and Project Contracts, with a strong background in Petrochemical, Fertilizer, EPC, Refinery, or Civil Engineering sectors.
Oversee the complete contract lifecycle from inception to completion, encompassing drafting, meticulous review, strategic negotiation, and ongoing administration.
Oversee Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and both Major and Minor Capital Expenditure (Capex) project contracts with diligence and precision.
Conduct negotiations for contracts with vendors, contractors, and service providers to secure favorable terms and agreements.
Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, mitigate risks effectively, and manage claims diligently.
Collaborate effectively with the Projects, Procurement, Legal, and Finance departments to ensure seamless alignment and execution of initiatives.
Successfully deliver contracts by meeting all quality standards, adhering to budget constraints, and maintaining strict adherence to established timelines.
