The Field Technician is tasked with the installation, upkeep, and troubleshooting of technical equipment and systems across various sites.

Key responsibilities include maintaining efficient communication channels with clients to promptly address inquiries, ensuring all deliverables are completed within specified timelines, and collaborating across departments to streamline workflows and optimize project outcomes. Additionally, the role requires diligent tracking of progress through established metrics, adherence to company policies and industry regulations, and participation in strategic planning sessions to align team objectives with organizational goals. The individual will also be responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and contributing to cross-functional initiatives aimed at enhancing overall operational efficiency.
Installs, inspects, maintains, and repairs equipment and technical systems at designated locations to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Conduct regular preventive maintenance tasks to uphold and enhance system efficiency and reliability.
Investigate and rectify technical issues promptly to minimize operational disruptions.
Maintain precise documentation of all technical activities, ensuring service records and reports are kept accurately.
Ensure adherence to established safety protocols and regulatory requirements at all times.
Deliver hands-on technical assistance and expert guidance on-site, or provide such support remotely when required.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline is required for this position.
Version:
Demonstrated expertise in technical roles, including technician positions or comparable positions, is required.
Proficient in utilizing various tools and troubleshooting methodologies to resolve technical issues efficiently.
Ability to interpret and read engineering drawings is essential, along with the capacity to produce detailed and accurate blueprints.
Willingness to travel frequently between designated locations is essential for this role.
