Seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team, with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in the field. The ideal candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree or higher in a related discipline, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools is essential, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate a track record of meeting deadlines and exceeding performance expectations. Knowledge of current industry trends and best practices is highly desirable.
A minimum requirement includes an Ordinary National Diploma (OND), a Trade Test qualification, or an equivalent credential.
Requires 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in operating machinery within fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or manufacturing settings.
Possesses fundamental mechanical troubleshooting abilities, enabling swift identification and resolution of mechanical issues.
