Program, set up, and operate CNC machines in accordance with technical drawings and specifications to ensure precision and efficiency in the manufacturing process.
Analyze and decipher blueprints, measurements, and operational directives with precision to ensure accurate execution of assigned tasks.
Monitor machine operations to evaluate performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal product quality.
Responsibilities include conducting thorough inspections of completed components utilizing precision measuring instruments, including calipers and micrometers, to ensure adherence to specified tolerances and quality standards.
Conduct regular upkeep, cleaning, and diagnostics of machinery to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Responsibilities include detecting and documenting any malfunctions, defects, or irregularities in machinery and production processes, promptly notifying appropriate personnel to facilitate timely resolution.
Responsible for maintaining accurate production records and detailed activity logs.
To guarantee adherence to quality, health, safety, and company standards.
Drive ongoing enhancements to productivity and operational efficiency through structured improvement initiatives.
Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field, along with three years of relevant professional experience. Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ is required, and familiarity with SQL databases is essential. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a team environment are also necessary. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and adaptability in a fast-paced industry.
A relevant technical certificate, trade test certification, or an equivalent qualification from OND is required.
A CNC Machining certification would be considered a valuable asset.
A minimum of three to five years of hands-on experience operating CNC machines within a manufacturing setting is required.
