Job Summary

We are in search of a skilled Warehouse Manager to lead and coordinate daily warehouse functions, inventory control, and team supervision.

The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels, managing stock control processes, and ensuring prompt dispatch of goods.

Oversee a comprehensive range of critical duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and team leadership to ensure organizational goals are consistently met. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to optimize workflow efficiency and productivity. Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement among team members. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress, identify trends, and address areas requiring intervention or enhancement. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear communication, timely updates, and actionable insights to support informed decision-making. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company standards, and ethical guidelines while maintaining a strong focus on risk management and quality assurance.

Oversee a team of warehouse personnel and ensure the smooth execution of daily warehouse activities.

Oversee the maintenance and updating of inventory and stock records to ensure accuracy and completeness at all times.

Properly store and manage inventory to maintain quality and safety standards.

Coordinate all receiving and dispatch operations to ensure efficient movement of goods and materials. Oversee the receipt, inspection, and storage of incoming shipments while managing the timely and accurate preparation and shipment of outgoing orders. Maintain clear communication with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth workflows and address any logistical challenges. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements throughout all processes.

Candidates must fulfill several key qualifications to be considered for this position. A minimum of five years of experience in a related field is mandatory, along with proficiency in industry-standard software and tools. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective collaboration and client interactions. Additionally, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines is required. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is preferred, though equivalent professional experience may be substituted in some cases. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges are highly valued traits for this role.

Seasoned expertise in overseeing and optimizing warehouse operations and logistics is required.

Exceptional leadership capabilities combined with meticulous organizational proficiency are essential.

Experienced with inventory management software and systems, demonstrating a strong understanding of tracking, monitoring, and optimizing stock levels. Proficient in utilizing digital tools to ensure accurate record-keeping, minimize discrepancies, and support efficient supply chain operations.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
