The position reports directly to the Technical Director, ensuring alignment with technical strategy and project objectives. This role involves close collaboration with leadership to implement and oversee technical initiatives while maintaining adherence to established standards and protocols. Responsibilities include providing technical guidance, resolving complex issues, and contributing to decision-making processes that impact the team’s performance and project outcomes.

A competitive compensation package, ranging from N250,000.00 to N300,000.00 net per month, along with supplementary benefits, is provided.

Job Purpose

We are in search of a proactive and meticulous Technical Sales Associate with an HSE background to oversee client project delivery, while simultaneously contributing to technical sales and business development efforts within a hybrid, client-facing position.

Oversee and execute core duties encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and team leadership to drive organizational objectives forward. Lead cross-functional initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment with company goals. Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency, compliance, and performance across departments. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement through mentorship, coaching, and performance evaluations. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress, identify trends, and implement corrective actions as needed. Serve as a liaison between senior management, employees, and external stakeholders to facilitate transparent communication and resolve escalated issues. Ensure adherence to industry regulations, ethical standards, and best practices to mitigate risks and uphold corporate integrity.

Partner with the business development team to gain insight into client requirements and contribute technical expertise during the crafting of proposals.

Oversee project schedules, allocate resources efficiently, and maintain budgetary controls throughout each initiative.

Collaborate effectively with operations, health, safety, and environmental (HSE), and training teams to guarantee that service delivery meets or exceeds client expectations.

Proactively identify potential project risks and develop and execute effective mitigation strategies to address them.

Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation, reports, and compliance records for all assigned projects are maintained at all times.

Craft thorough responses to Requests for Quotation (RFQs), Requests for Proposal (RFPs), and various client-related documents.

To stay informed of emerging HSE industry trends and incorporate these insights into solution design processes.

Seeking a highly motivated individual with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of progressive experience in financial reporting, budgeting, or audit functions. Proficiency in advanced Excel and ERP systems is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills are required to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present financial insights to stakeholders. Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry regulations and best practices.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline is required, with an MBA being a preferred qualification.

Seeking candidates with at least two to four years of hands-on experience in business development, with a strong preference for backgrounds in oil & gas, industrial safety, or technical services.

Proficiency in occupational health and safety regulations, frameworks, and industry best practices is essential.

Project Management certification from recognized organizations such as PMP, PRINCE2, or their equivalents is considered a valuable asset.

Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in communication, leadership, and fostering strong client relationships.

Demonstrated expertise in overseeing concurrent projects and collaborating effectively across diverse teams.

Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office applications and a range of project management platforms, including Asana, MS Project, and Trello, is required.
