Job Summary

The Senior Key Sales Account Manager specializing in Fiber-to-the-Home is tasked with overseeing pivotal accounts, cultivating enduring partnerships, and optimizing sales potential within those relationships. This role demands a highly innovative and proactive mindset to conduct thorough research, craft compelling service proposals, and address client inquiries with precision and efficiency.

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to oversee and execute a range of critical tasks. The role involves managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with established protocols, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives. Key duties include conducting performance evaluations, identifying process improvements, and maintaining accurate documentation. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and proficiency in relevant software systems. Additionally, the position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to fostering a productive work environment.

To cultivate and sustain strong relationships with pivotal stakeholders at current key accounts, engage in consistent, strategically planned interactions.

To achieve and surpass annual sales targets, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and meeting or exceeding predetermined objectives.

To gain comprehensive insight into the distinct purchasing and sourcing methodologies, protocols, and selection criteria, craft a strategic account penetration plan outlining the precise measures required to successfully and lucratively finalize transactions with each account.

Evaluate customer requirements and determine appropriate product offerings that align with their needs, preferences, and financial constraints.

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within specified territories while compiling a comprehensive database of potential clients whose needs align with the company’s offerings, thereby enhancing overall customer value and market penetration.

Integral to the development of new business proposals, this position also entails ensuring the seamless onboarding of new clients, fostering strong and productive client relationships from the outset.

Develop comprehensive business plans tailored to both existing and prospective tender opportunities.

Forge enduring partnerships with clients to cultivate sustained engagement and mutual growth.

Speak with clients to thoroughly understand, anticipate, and fulfill their requirements, ensuring alignment with their expectations through clear interpretation and management of their needs.

Expertly mediate discussions to align tender and contractual terms with the priorities of both clients and the organization.

Oversee and manage client accounts with diligence and precision. Handle the day-to-day operations, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client needs and organizational standards.

Evaluating expenditures and revenue streams is a key responsibility.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client contact records in a secure and organized manner.

Serve as the primary liaison between clients and all pertinent organizational departments.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Minimum of three years of experience in software development or engineering is necessary. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are crucial. Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git is preferred. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are required to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment.

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical/Electronics Engineering is required.

A seasoned professional with 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in field sales and account management within an ICT Solutions Provider environment is sought.

Proficiency in selling IT services, with a strong understanding of solutions from Juniper Networks, Blue Coat, F5, Cisco, and VMware, would be particularly beneficial.
