As part of this role, the officer will be responsible for managing sales across Nigeria’s critical sectors, including security agencies, judicial and court systems, federal and state universities, as well as specialist government institutions such as teaching hospitals, regulatory academies, and government-owned enterprises.

This territory presents significant deal complexity and extended procurement cycles, necessitating a commercially strategic executive rather than merely a relationship manager.

Develops and executes strategic plans to achieve organizational objectives, ensuring alignment with overarching goals. Oversees daily operations, monitors performance metrics, and implements process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to foster innovation, resolve challenges, and drive project completion within established timelines and budgets. Leads initiatives to maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal policies while upholding high standards of quality and accountability.

We are tasked with driving sales initiatives targeting security agencies, judicial bodies, and government institutions to ensure the adoption of our comprehensive solutions. This mandate involves cultivating relationships with key decision-makers within these sectors, demonstrating the unparalleled value and reliability of our offerings. Our objective is to secure long-term contracts and foster partnerships that align with the stringent operational and security standards these organizations require.

The target institutions encompass the Nigeria Police Force, DSS, NIA, Army/Navy/Air force welfare and HR systems, Federal and State High Courts, Appeal Courts, and the Supreme Court, as well as federal and state universities, polytechnics, federal teaching hospitals, and specialist medical institutions.

Seeking a highly motivated professional with a minimum of five years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the [industry/sector]. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in [specific software/tools]. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, along with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Commercial contract structuring expertise, including the ability to develop and justify pricing frameworks, with the confidence to present and defend these at Board level.

Professional experience with government technology procurement—particularly within security or judicial domains—including engagements involving classified or restricted procurement procedures.

Proficiency in pricing governance or revenue operations within organizations managing multiple revenue streams is required.
