As a Planning Executive, your role will involve overseeing the coordination, execution, and ongoing monitoring of designated projects and maintenance initiatives.

Compile and oversee material requisitions essential for the successful execution of projects.

Ensure full compliance with the organization’s occupational health and safety (OHS) policies and protocols at all times.
Collaborate with the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Coordinator to support the investigation of documented incidents, including near-misses and accidents.
Requirements
A qualification in either a Higher National Diploma (HND) or a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree across any academic field is required.
At least one year of practical experience in a related field is required.
Professionals should demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders, along with exceptional verbal and written communication proficiency.
Reliable performance in delivering tasks and strong capabilities in planning and co-ordination are essential.
