As a Planning Executive, your role will involve overseeing the coordination, development, and supervision of designated projects and maintenance initiatives.

Oversee a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and team leadership to drive organizational success. Ensure alignment of projects with company objectives while maintaining high standards of efficiency and accountability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, optimize performance, and achieve measurable outcomes. Monitor progress through established KPIs, providing timely reports and actionable insights to stakeholders. Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and professional development within the team.

Demonstrate exceptional skill in strategically planning, coordinating, and successfully completing assigned projects.

Prepare and oversee material requisitions to ensure timely and efficient project execution.

Develop and oversee meticulously structured project reports, documentation, and plans to ensure alignment with client requirements and organizational standards.

Deliver all projects punctually while upholding the necessary quality benchmarks and standards.

Collaborate with clients to ascertain and establish project requirements, scope, and objectives for both project implementation and ongoing maintenance execution.

Conduct field project execution inspections in accordance with the approval of the Project Lead or Planning Supervisor.

Compile all required documentation for accounting records to ensure accurate and complete financial reporting.

Execute all additional duties as directed by the Project Lead or Supervisor.

Ensure full compliance with the organization’s occupational health and safety (OHS) policies and guidelines at all times.

Collaborate with the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Coordinator to support the investigation of documented incidents, including near-misses and accidents.

The ideal candidate must possess strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in project management tools and software is essential, along with a solid understanding of industry best practices. A minimum of three years of relevant experience is required, along with a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, are necessary to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Additionally, the role demands adaptability to evolving priorities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

A recognized Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in any field of study is required.

A minimum of one year of relevant professional experience is required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential for applicants.

Exceptional ability to connect with others and convey information clearly and persuasively.

Consistently demonstrates strong proficiency in project execution and meticulous organization, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of tasks.

Proficiency in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards constitutes a valuable asset.
