Job Summary

We are in search of a highly motivated and outcome-focused Senior Business Development/BID Executive to become part of our organization.

Oversee and execute core duties involving the management and coordination of critical tasks, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and high standards of efficiency. Lead initiatives to enhance operational workflows, streamline processes, and optimize resource allocation to drive productivity and performance. Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to foster innovation, resolve challenges, and maintain consistent communication to achieve shared goals. Monitor progress through data analysis and performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices while upholding a culture of accountability and continuous development.

Acquiring comprehensive knowledge of the company’s entire portfolio of products and services is essential to this role.

Securing new projects and clients entails identifying viable business opportunities, fostering meaningful connections with key decision-makers, and successfully finalizing agreements to broaden our client portfolio.

Interpreting Market Demands: Serve as the organization’s strategic observers in the industry by collecting and analyzing data on emerging trends, client pain points, and competitive movements.

Deliver strategic guidance to engineering and R&D teams to ensure our products remain competitive in the marketplace.

Achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets to fuel overall revenue growth.

Craft and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to prospective clients to drive engagement and conversion.

Negotiate and finalize contracts while ensuring full compliance with established company policies and strategic profitability objectives.

By driving revenue and overseeing financial stability, you will play a pivotal role in sustaining and expanding the company’s growth trajectory.

Cultivating strong, long-lasting connections with current clients to foster retention and strengthen business relationships.

To engage with potential clients, you will participate in networking events, conducting research and establishing meaningful connections.

Crafting and implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive business expansion.

Demonstrated proficiency in understanding market dynamics and effectively articulating the business advantages of technical solutions.

Bid and Tender Management: Compilation of bid documentation and representation of the company at tender or bid meetings.

Craft and implement strategic sales initiatives designed to meet and exceed established revenue goals.

Proactively cultivate new business prospects while nurturing and sustaining relationships with current clients to foster long-term growth and retention.

Work collaboratively with technical teams to develop comprehensive proposals and oversee seamless project implementation from inception to completion.

Present as necessary at industry events and trade shows on behalf of the company.

Spearhead the development, training, and motivational strategies for the sales team to drive peak performance and achieve targets.

Partner with Finance, Operations, Engineering, and Service teams to foster strong, unified working relationships across departments.
