Facilitates employee growth through structured training and development initiatives. Designs and delivers programs to enhance skills, knowledge, and performance. Collaborates with department heads to identify training needs and assess program effectiveness. Tracks progress and evaluates outcomes to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding program tailored specifically for newly hired Software Development Analysts (SDA’s) to ensure seamless integration into the team.
Develop comprehensive training materials, create live test marking schemes, and design recorded assessments.
Ensure new SDA’s are fully prepared to handle customer calls prior to their deployment. Deliver continuous training whenever updates are made to scripts, products, or operational procedures.
Oversee the management and strategic allocation of leads to ensure optimal conversion and resource utilization.

Requirements

Proven track record in team leadership and management roles, with demonstrated ability to oversee and guide team members effectively.
