Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to established standards. Develop, implement, and monitor strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance productivity. Maintain meticulous records, conduct thorough analyses, and prepare detailed reports to support data-driven decision-making. Address and resolve complex issues promptly while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and internal policies. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members, promoting professional growth and development. Manage resources effectively to optimize performance and achieve measurable outcomes. Serve as a liaison between departments to facilitate seamless communication and alignment of objectives.

Prepare comprehensive technical blueprints and methodologies for executing pipe installation projects, encompassing both onshore and offshore environments.

Determine the most effective installation techniques, such as S-lay, J-lay, or trenchless methods, based on project-specific conditions and requirements.

Ensure that all work adheres to established engineering standards, client specifications, and applicable regulatory codes, including API, ASHE, and ISO guidelines.

Supervise non-destructive testing (NDT) processes, hydrostatic testing procedures, and additional quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) initiatives to ensure compliance with established standards and specifications.

Perform comprehensive risk assessments and formulate strategic mitigation plans, with a focus on hazardous or manned environments.

Craft comprehensive progress reports, method statements, and technical documentation, ensuring clarity and accuracy in all deliverables.

Address technical concerns encountered at job sites, such as alignment discrepancies, depth regulation issues, or complications related to welding processes.

Candidates for this position must meet specific qualifications and possess relevant experience. Essential requirements include a degree in a related field, proficiency in industry-standard software, and a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a comparable role. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are mandatory. Additionally, excellent communication abilities and a collaborative mindset are necessary to thrive in this dynamic environment.

A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related discipline from an accredited university is required, along with active membership in the Nigerian Society of Engineers (USE) or CORE certification.

Seeking candidates with 7 to 12 years of hands-on experience in pipeline construction or installation projects.

Seasoned professionals with a proven track record in overseeing extensive or multifaceted initiatives—particularly those involving offshore or international pipeline systems—are strongly encouraged to apply.

Extensive prior experience collaborating with EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contractors or major infrastructure firms is typically advantageous.
