As a Van Sales Representative (VSR), your primary responsibility involves enhancing product availability while cultivating robust customer relationships to consistently meet monthly sales targets within your designated territories.

Monitoring and evaluating performance through clearly defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) is essential to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and operational efficiency. These metrics provide measurable benchmarks to assess progress, productivity, and overall effectiveness, facilitating data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement across teams and projects. Establishing and tracking KPIs enables proactive identification of trends, timely corrective actions, and enhanced accountability, ultimately driving organizational success and sustainable growth.

To ensure the attainment of all sales objectives, consistent performance against 100% of targets is mandatory. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is an essential requirement for this position.

Candidates are required to hold a valid driver’s license and possess hands-on driving experience.

A bachelor’s degree, Higher National Diploma (HND), or Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in any field of study is required.

Seeking candidates with a minimum of one to three years of proven sales experience, with a preference for those familiar with Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).

Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, along with a capacity for fostering positive working relationships, are essential.
